Ordering Policy and Procedures
If you are ordering for the first time, please take the time to create an account. We strictly sell products to licensed salon professionals, salon owners, beauty schools, and beauty students only. We must have your license number when placing an order for the first time.

Method of Payments
All orders are prepaid. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

Sales Tax
If your business is located in the state of California, sales tax will be added to your purchase total. If your business is located out of California and you require drop shipment within California, sales tax will be added to your purchase total as well.

Shipping Terms
We usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. All shipments are FOB Princess Nails International, Inc. in Hesperia, CA. Orders will be shipped with UPS. Any error whether damage or error in shipping, must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Refused Packages
All refused packages are subject to pay all freight and handling costs, as well as a $25.00 restocking fee.

Return Policy
Returns are only accepted within 10 days of receipt of goods, and only with previous authorization from Princess Nails International, Inc. There are no returns on discounted or sale items. You are responsible for cost of shipping returned or exchanged goods. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Fees
All orders will be charged shipping and handling expenses. A $2.50 charge must be added to all noncommercial, residential/home delivery. Please add the appropriate freight charges prior to completing your order by referring to the shipping rate table below.
